The Big Youth Dance Weekend - 22nd and 23rd January 2005

The Royal Festival Hall, London Youth Dance Network and Youth Dance England joined together to create and deliver The Big Youth Dance Weekend to celebrate youth dance in all its vibrant forms.

The first national event of its kind for over a decade, The Big Youth Dance Weekend presented free workshops, performances, youth dance film screenings, an information fair plus a practitioners’ conference on the Ballroom and open spaces of the The Royal Festival Hall. The entire event was a huge success and was enjoyed by more than 7,500 people.
